VirtualClinicOS LLC ("VirtualClinicOS," "VCO," "we," "our," or "us") does not sell and will not sell information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address, in exchange for monetary compensation.

VirtualClinicOS also does not sell patient medical records or Protected Health Information ("PHI") and does not use PHI processed on behalf of our healthcare customers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

However, we may work with third parties that provide analytics, marketing, and advertising services on our public-facing Websites. These third parties may place tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, on our Websites and collect online identifiers or information about your interactions with our Websites.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), certain disclosures involving these technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even where no money is exchanged.

1.How to Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising

VirtualClinicOS does not control the independent collection or use of information by third-party advertising platforms. However, those third parties may provide tools that allow you to limit or opt out of interest-based advertising.

You may also use industry opt-out tools, including:

the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices platform;
the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out tools; and
privacy or advertising controls made available by your browser, device, or advertising platform.

These opt-outs are generally specific to the browser and device on which they are exercised. Therefore, you may need to opt out separately on each browser and device you use.

Where required by applicable law, VirtualClinicOS will also honor applicable requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

VirtualClinicOS does not sell PHI, prescription information, diagnoses, laboratory results, treatment information, or patient medical records for advertising or data-broker purposes.

2.Shine the Light Disclosure

California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request certain information regarding how businesses disclose particular categories of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes.

VirtualClinicOS does not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the manner contemplated by California's Shine the Light law.
